Acquisition and disposals of pharmacy practices
We will advise on your options for purchasing or selling a pharmacy practice, including:
- Share sale or purchase – acquiring or disposing of a pharmacy business by purchasing or selling shares to or from the shareholders

Financing for pharmacies

Market Entry applications
Market Entry is the process of getting NHS England authorisation to join the pharmaceutical lists. Whether you are a sole trader, partnership, or “body corporate” (such as a limited company), you will need to make a Market Entry application to be able to operate your pharmacy practice. We can handle this application on your behalf, ensuring the details of your application form are accurate.
General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
We will provide practical, professional guidance about the GPhC regulations which affect all pharmacies, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians in Britain. Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
